Our family had a very unique experience with Ray during our recent home purchase. Ray was actually representing the seller, and we did not have a Realtor because we were purchasing the home we had already rented for two years and had developed a trusting relationship with the owner. The owner decided to sell the home before he knew that we were interested in purchasing, so we were directed to deal with his agent, Ray. It was obvious that Ray is an expert in his field from our very first conversation. He was very honest and straightforward with us and gave us very specific direction on what we needed to accomplish before the owners would be comfortable entering into a signed contract.
